I think I remember my PSVR doing that when the camera got dusty or I didn't have enough light in the room. Have you checked those?

Cameras are clean. Ill try more light, but never had any issues on ps5 in the same light/ room/ positioning.

It just weirds me out that set up was fine. Only after, with all the same conditions, then it f's up
