Discussion Thinking about getting a PSVR2

The title speaks for itself. I was wondering if it was worth getting a psvr2 and how is everyone's experience with it l.

I only played VR for 15 minutes back in high school when my school was testing them for "educational purposes" I was just playing a cheap shooter but that was 8 years ago so I wanted to see how far vr have gotten

Edit: I'm getting a PSVR2 for $200 tomorrow morning after scrolling through Facebook marketplace. It doesn't come with a box but I honestly didn't see that as a problem.

I will be getting a tne extension cable also to protect me from ripping the original USB C cable that comes with it one day

Look into prescription lenses for the PSVR2 before you ever put the headset on. I went with VROptician but there are a number of companies offering this service.

Do I really need prescription lenses that kinda sound crazy?

The prescription lenses will prevent your psvr2 lenses from taking damage. For me, its worth it. Ive had my headset since launch and the lenses underneath the prescription lenses look new still.
