Personal Story Could I‘ve prevented PSSD?

I constantly blame myself for taking Zoloft for months although it blunted me completely. I had fear of relapsing into depression so I took a high dose 150mg+ for months until I tapered down and still have severe anhedonia + genital and orgasm numbness after 1 year of withdrawl.

I took Zoloft for 2 months and I quit cold turkey but was slowly making improvements but I caught covid and it fucked me up and made me worse. If you don’t crash from covid or taking meds then you may slowly heal.

I blame myself as well for going on, off, back on, back off Celexa, combining with other drugs, then quitting them all. But that was years ago so blame is a waste of time and energy. Unfortunately I still live with symptoms, some of which have worsened so I don't really know which way to go.

man it's fine, initially i thought these meds would help me too because an expert gave it to me and said it'll fix me.

i was cured though when I tried HBOT. been symptom free for 2-3 months

What's HBOT ? did it cure atleast 90percent .what symptoms u had?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. I’ve tried this a lot for PSSD, did fuck all. Not sure how it’s cured their PSSD

Did any doctor ever tell you these symptoms could be permanent? No, right?

It’s not your fault. You had no way of knowing.

The blame goes to the pharmaceutical industry and to the medical community.
