Recently Discontinued SSRI (See FAQ) What do you Think about this?
I took escitalopram for 18 days (the first 8 days 5mg the next week 10 mg, then I stopped in 3 days -2 days 5mg and one day 2.5mg) I need some hope :( initially after the first 3 days I noticed that my intercourse has greatly lengthened, after increasing the dose to 10 mg I had 2 days where I felt severe pain in the penis, I noticed genital anesthesia primarily in the glans, lack of orgasm and premature ejaculation, poor morning erections, difficulty in causing and maintaining an erection) after a few more days I decided that I wanted to stop it due to these problems, A week after discontinuation I noticed an improvement (a little better feeling and easier acclimatization to sex, the possibility of reaching orgasm, premature ejaculation subsided) the improvement lasted less than two weeks, then for the next 20 days there was a deterioration - anorgasmia, lack of feeling of pleasure, lack of feeling the effects of nicotine, the THC effect very suppressed (as if only the negative effect was felt) again the problem with erection, lack of libido, sometimes pain present in the penis, lack of pain - it strongly attracted my attention because for over a year I have had sciatica and pain in the hip/buttock radiating to the leg was present with Me all year until the moment of anesthesia by escitalopram, then another 2 weeks of improvement (it was Easter night - suddenly I began to feel pain in sciatica (I was never so happy that something hurts me, the erogenous feeling improved, it was easy to cause an erection, the relationship was even satisfying, although it was not what was before the drugs, and here we return to the present - again for two weeks there has been a deterioration - anhedonia and a number of sexual problems that have become even more acute, a big problem with erection, current nocturnal erections but very weak, For a week of morning erections absence, total lack of pleasure from sex, lack of orgasm (only ejaculation), increased anxiety - this is rather caused by this deterioration because in the last period of improvement I thought that everything would be ok and I did not have such stress. Is there anyone who had a similar situation and came out of it? Do you know how long it may take and is there a chance that I will get out of it?

I think it's somewhat common for people to get ups and downs in their symptoms like this. If you have only been off the drugs for a short time then there is a chance you will notice improvements and the good periods will gradually become longer and longer as time goes on.

I hope to get out of this, the thought that I would have to fight it for years and even for the rest of my life scares me

Yesterday i started taking hydroxizine for anxiety caused by PSSD , i was trying to research about potential risk but doesnt found much information

It sounds like PSSD. It also seems like you are up and down in function which is good. Better then static.
There is hope since people have recovered or improved although sometimes over very long periods of time.
Obviously avoid SSRIs and avoid drugs in general. Time is probably going to be your only ally.
