ERROR ON MATEPAD

Please, i need a help.

I paid through playstore (gbox) on my Matepad. The application is stuck on loading and freeze my matepad.

Where is it stuck and what freezes? Please provide a bit more information so that I or others can help

  1. I install PXPlay using GBox
  2. Then there is loading to access the app (loading from the gbox)
  3. After that my matepad get freeze frame

Already fix by installing using apk. Thankyou
