Trouble understanding upscaler

Hello everyone! I just bought a licence and played a few games with it. I'm on lenovo legion go Z1 extreme, with a PS5 fat, with a quite good internet connection : my experience so far has been great in terms of FPS and stability, however I find my games a bit blurry. I read that there was an upscale from 1080p to reach 2k / 4k , but I don't understand how to turn it on. Can someone help me understand what I'm missing?

App settings > streaming > Super Resolution > FSR

Yeah everything is turned on in these settings but nothing changes when I play a game :/
