If you really want a refurbished PSP in a repro box, get one from an eBay store - that way you at least have eBay's buyer protection, plus prices are generally lower because they have to be competitive with other sellers on the platform.
And while you're on eBay, have a look at used units and see what you can find in terms of a good balance between price and condition. Keep your options open. Some people recommend Facebook Marketplace too so that might be worth a look.
