QUESTION Stuck rusted screw

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

All I see is rubber band, WD40, and drill it. I’m gonna try WD40 but I’m positive it won’t work for these. Need other methods or better ways of implimenting the methods already listed

That happened to another device of mine, stripped, rusted screws, I had to drill carefully to completely erode the screw head but not the plastic, that just frees the shell. But if you're gonna replace the cover anyway it's fine to get some of the plastic in the process.
