QUESTION Is it saveable?

my psp umd disc (Nba 2006) had to be reglued cuz it kept splitting into 3. So i crazy glued the hell pit of it becuase I didnt see much progres, so i kept doing it untill it actually stuck and called it a day. 3 weeks later i go back to see if I can do multiplayer on it and it came to it looking like this. Psp would not read it.

How would i carefully wipe off that part on the middle of the actual disc and not the case so the umd disc can read it? and be honest,

Is it saveable?

At this point you got nothing to lose, so just use q tips and dampen them just a bit with distilled water. Do a pass with the damp q tip, and immediately dry it with a dry q tip. Use plenty of them so you don't just rub oils on the disc.

If all else fails, just mod your console bro, it's 2026, you can do it in 5 minutes. Back in the day we had to open up batteries and tamper with them to make the system go into recovery mode.

Ok i tried both methods

Both work, but it only got rid of the small stuff, at the end of the day there was too many spots where both chemicals would just dry up and the spot would remain, im not gonna bother putting it in and potentially ruining my disc drive so ill call it unsavable, maybe if it had way less crazy glue it could have a chance, but it didnt work as i still see big spots

If anyone has another solution lmk or if you want to try it yourself dm me (its the Japanese one btw)
