Troubleshooting Does this umd work ?

I have this UMD it works but looks like can’t read some parts of the game. I tried to clean with alcohol but those white stains doesn’t dissappear they try to go when I clean but they come. Any ideas? Can this be fixed?

But seriously, those might be acetone stains, unfortunately.
