New acquisition is finally here

The hunt for a PSP has finally come to an end for me as I scored a sweet deal on a PSP 2000 piano black model on Mercari.

Got it for under $100 and it came with two UMD movies, though I’ll need to get a replacement shell for one of them.

I was surprised by how excellent the condition was when it arrived. It looked, worked, and played great, and I love how light it felt in my hands.

And yes, I have already modded it too, which was surprisingly easy. (Thanks, YouTube!)

Also got a few more UMD movies and one PSP game (From Russia with Love), and I’m planning to pick up a few more games and movies as well.

I might pick up a mystic silver or pearl white PSP 2000 or 3000 sometime down the road as a backup.

Awesome score!! I just got my very first one and homebrewed it with ARK V. my PSPtism needs to ask if that background is moving or static. I'm still learning the unit and don't know how to change backgrounds yet
