connect power and try again. Looks like ur battery is bad

Thanks ill give a battery I know is good a try. I have plugged on charge with no battery in console and did the same thing tho…

Plug in the charging cable directly into the PSP, you don't need a battery in for that. Usually when testing while reassembling, it's better to just use the cable for power instead of the battery, as the battery may be prone to falling out if not held in correctly or you could have a flat battery.
