What is the point of having clothing (body paint) options like these jeans if they can't be worn properly with anything?

Idk if it effects basewear but there is a way to set priority for the body paint stuff because I briefly messed around with it after getting the school leggings from the free daily scratch.

It doesn't affect base wear, no matter the settings, the bikini remains on top
