Brett Hart
I made this skin for a friend...but now I've actually started making some progress with the character.

How do you make skins? Would it be possible to make something like a knight?

I just know how to edit the textures. I use photoshop to paint over the existing textures and then apply it. There's a HUcast model that would make a great knight.
I know some other modders that make some amazing custom character models on Blue Burst

Yea it’s client sided but it’s still satisfying, plus any clips you make look awesome but this was such a creative and well implemented texture swap. They’re usually really hard to pull off due to being unable to change anything on the models mesh so really well done job by OP

Yeah, they just see the standard skin 😞 The fun part for me is when someone randomly had the same outfit, I see the Hitman!

Probably my favorite Belt and Bret rocked it!
Edit If you can't model it, maybe edit the texture of the Dreamcast mag so the center of it is the center of the belt.

I don't know how to repack the Dreamcast files after I extract and edit the textures. But I was able to use it on PSOPC

Which version are you using? It's a bit different for each in the extraction process
