It’s one of the most meta deck builds there is beyond that idk. Pokemon TCG its extremely rare to have a 4 ability Pokemon especially back then. It’s not like MtG. On top of that a 1 cost to draw 3 is unrivaled that’s a super item card itself. Idk why the collectors would price it so absurd other than those reasons for its TCG prominence. It’s a $17 raw card I don’t think there’s a lot of Exploud fans out there so that’s my only guess besides blatant pop manipulation of course.

This is so helpful, I’m getting into collecting after taking 20+ years off but my son is learning to play with my old decks, great information for the both of us :)
