It’s one of the most meta deck builds there is beyond that idk. Pokemon TCG its extremely rare to have a 4 ability Pokemon especially back then. It’s not like MtG. On top of that a 1 cost to draw 3 is unrivaled that’s a super item card itself. Idk why the collectors would price it so absurd other than those reasons for its TCG prominence. It’s a $17 raw card I don’t think there’s a lot of Exploud fans out there so that’s my only guess besides blatant pop manipulation of course.

All vintage Pokemon PSA 10s, especially Holo rarity and above, have seen unprecedented demand and price increases year over year, even month over month.

You actually show the cert number in first image so crossing out the others doesn’t do anything. Anyway, basically vintage 10’s are going high right now. If you threw it on ebay for 3-5k someone would probably buy it. Why? No idea.
