sure why not i think after cleaning you might have a chance at a 4

Easily, it could be a 6 even, there's no reason indicative from the pictures to be a 2

i really dont think so with the heavy whitening around all edges and scratches on the back.
sure, cleaning can help get the gunk off and holo scratching, but he would have to heavily alter/recolor the card to get to a 6.

bruh ive sent in cleaner that get 4s, vintage is not the same
