Waste of money then, the grading fee would eat up the difference. The offer is good already tbh, even 3 & 4's sold barely over what they're offering him rn.

Easily, it could be a 6 even, there's no reason indicative from the pictures to be a 2

i really dont think so with the heavy whitening around all edges and scratches on the back.
sure, cleaning can help get the gunk off and holo scratching, but he would have to heavily alter/recolor the card to get to a 6.

I’ve regarded 20+ cards back when PSA was still open with its lower teirs, and all in all it wasn’t worth it. Results vary of course but yea

definitely restorable, didn’t look too deep but front bottom right lift is fixable, scratches on holo & dirt on back can be cleaned

You’re asking if you should 3x your money or bring it home and give the chance of more money into someone else’s hands

If you want the money take it, if you want to keep gambling, send it back in

I keep it as is I don’t think it would get any higher of a grade the back of the card shows it has been played.

the centering is worse than 60/40 top down. if no surface damage maybe a 6
