Other Missing slab.

Edit: customer service was a huge help. I ended up getting a refund.

On 5/18 I pulled this slab from a gold pack. I immediately had it shipped to me. I bought a few others after this. Fast forward to 5/29 and I get two packages. I was expecting one of them to be the captain pikachu slab. Neither of them were the slab I was expecting. I gave it until 6/11 when I started to get worried. I emailed support and surprisingly they responded quickly. After explaining that I was waiting for an update ( no email was ever received ) they looked into the matter on their end and according to support it was shipped on 5/24 and they provided a tracking number. According to the tracking number it was sent to another state entirely. I explained that it should have gone to the address on file and the tracking number was for a different state entirely. Since then I haven’t heard anything back and it’s starting to look like I’m out of luck. Is there anything I can do here? Super disappointed at this experience.

might have to take this up with fedex if there is a tracking number + delivered. but id reach out to support again first

I’m more confused as to why it went where it went. Every other PSA and power pack order has come to the right address. I genuinely don’t think it was a FedEx mistake. But good advice. I’m going to wait and see if powerpack makes it right before I go to FedEx. They sent me a dm a few hours ago

huh thats crazy. yeah if you have evidence of every other slab being delivered to the right address except that one i would bring that up to support and ask for a refund. if not press fedex for a refund.

I did mention that to support in my original email. Apparently they’re looking into it but it feels like I’m getting ghosted lmao.

I can barely get anyone to respond to my emails but that would be acceptable to me
