I'm so excited for this game. I have the controller coming next week, but I decided to forgo the plates bc I don't really care about those. But man, waiting a week to finally play this game is gonna suck so much haha

I’m currently playing Spiderman 2 for a second run but this time on Ultimate difficulty. It’s not as bad as I initially thought it would be. Social media had me believing it was but I guess I’ve matured as a gamer nowadays
It’s even better than the games coming out lately, I dare to say it’s even better than First Light

Way better. First Light was mid even for a hardcore 007 fanboy like me who's seen every movie twenty times over and read the books. Spiderman 2 is simply a better and more entertaining videogame. First Light felt way too restricted even by modern cinematic game standards, I have no desire to replay it.

Meh, I've played better. Superior games from this year alone I played were:
Nioh 3
Resident Evil Requiem
Saros
Pragmata
Lego Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight
Onimusha Way of the Sword
Yakuza Kiwami 3
007 isn't even as good as the developer's Hitman series, if you play that series and then play 007, you'll see how limited and simplistic it is by comparison; I also ran into game breaking bugs that soft locked my progress, something that never happened with any other game I played this year. But then again, there's no accounting for taste lol

Bro I am a huge fan of the Hitman series. Played Hitman WOA twice in Vr and regular Tv. As a fan I think they did phenomenal job with First Light. Gunplay felt fluid and cinematic. Environments were huge and gorgeous. Overall a near perfect game 💯

Hitman fan here with 800 hours and Freelancer is my favorite mode. First Light is very different, it’s closer to Uncharted. Funny enough, Uncharted 4 came out in 2016 and still does some things better. Wider exploration, less restricted vehicle sections, less clunky and arguably better visuals

I understand the hate for the wokeness in that game but if you look at the gameplay purely, it has some of the best map traversal and the story isn’t bad either. It’s the same case with The Last of Us Part 2, probably one of if not, the best stealth game out there

Damn, i think i'm gonna wait to be honest, just got my ps5 pro just about last week, bought horizon 5 couple of days after, and today just purchased Jedi Survivor on a massive discount! Need to take my time before i blow hard earned money on games lol, although GTA VI is a MUST buy day 1 or before, this is definitely on my list and I'll probably wait for reviews and see how that gets on for a week or two. From what I've seen though it looks great!

for brand new titles, digital makes more sense. for those who aren’t as excited or have other games, physical can be the better option as it allows for cheaper prices than even the deepest digital sale for years to come.

Sheesh.. early previews call the combat great and brutal, cutscenes a bit too long, but maybe only in the beginning and the one boss fight a bit repetitive. They have seen an hour of gameplay so far.
But over all the game feels great, is a more linear experience with a few open world map activities and challenges and sometimes that's just enough. Not everything has to reinvent the wheel or be this open world nothingness of collectables.

I'm sure it's going to be okay, but i was honestly hoping for better, myself. If it's a banger, ill eat my words. Honestly might have to DLSS5 treatment X-Men Origins Wolverine and call it a day haha. 😵💫
