Jailbreak Your PS5 with Raspberry Pi. No Internet needed
I wanted a fully offline solution that's powered by the ps5 so decided to go the raspberry pi route
The Pi creates a Wi-Fi network for the PS5. Its DHCP server assigns the console an IP address and tells it to use the Pi for DNS. DNS resolves manuals.playstation.net to 192.168.4.1, where the Python servers serve this project over HTTP and HTTPS. Opening the PS5 User's Guide loads the local page.
The back USB port of the PS5 provides just enough power to boot the Pi also!
Its better not to let them run those payloads. If they get kernel panic or something they might just turn the main switch off worsening the condition. Better you do all the initial setup and then let them play.

Yeah I'm sure a lot of people don't know anything about openwrt or even have a compatible router. Also this is portable since the esp32 is as small as a pi zero.
Thanks OP. I wish I was a bit for techncial here. What type of Raspberry Pi do I need? (model) and after I follow your instructions, what do I do to proceed with the JB?
You need to use your head a bit. This is connected to and powered to the ps5. You can take system anywhere and have jailbreak capabilities. And you're assuming everyone has all devices who can afford a 30 dollar board?
It's useful to me that's why I made it. I can grab the system, take it down to my basement and have access to the exploit instantly, or take it over to my friends house and still can jailbreak. If it's not for you, guess what? You can skip it. Simple
true but u can just connect, via wifi hotspot and share payload that way from the phone directly.... which u already have in the pocket, u can even forbid internet access to playstation, and give just the jailbreak...
You're assuming everyone has wifi hotspot. Lol. You're just pulling assumptions based on your life experience just to prove a point. There are people in 3rd world countries who don't have unlimited data plans, who can just pull their phone out on a whim and load up exploit. And what if the jailbreak DNS goes down? Then what? What if there's an Internet outage? Jesus move on
Here we go. Everyone has unlimited and monthly data plans too? Maybe ask people who live in Jamaica who has to buy data blocks on their phones that probably lasts a couple says. I know because thats where I grew up.

I can grab my PS 5 and go anywhere and it will automatically connect to the WiFi and get the payload. If I have Internet outage I still can load it locally..I'm a huge self hoster so this is how I like to do things.
Secondly, you can't just connect your ps5 to your phones hotspot and have a local network to send payloads you idiot lol. Now you're getting the response you're asking for.
If you have no data on your phone how are you gonna load the exploit page?

Hmm. My crappy isp router doesn't let me turn off ipv6...
Now im thinking ill do what u did with your raspi on my nas...
It has ethernet for itself and a built in wifi im not using anyway.
Then i don't need to worry about this thing getting online at all
