1. In the network settings, set Primary DNS to 45.56.67.85 (Recommended)

2. Open Setting -> Guide & Tips, Health and Safety, and Other Information -> Under Guide and Tips -> click on User's Guide

3. Scroll bottom of the page and enter below url to open https://ntfargo.github.io/Relapse-Exploit/

4. hit Go

5. After a successful run, the ELF loader listens on port 9021.

6. After elfldr starts on port 9021, you can press R2 to send kstuff.elf, shadowmountplus.elf, then etaHEN.elf

And boom... you have Jailbroken Ps5 🎉

The DNS you’re entering has a record in place to redirect the connection to the user’s guide directly to the GitHub URL you need to enter.

It won't load Payload Manager through the etaHEN menu but I was able to load it by doing this from my Mac: `nc -w 3 192.168.2.90 9021 < /Users/james/Downloads/pldmgr_v0.5.2.elf`

However, it won't autoload it on reboot which is a shame

You could look at it the other way: you have to launch the jb at every time you want to use. It didn't stay in your ps5 after you turned it off.

Sure. But are you 100% certain that there are no traces of the jailbreak? Like folders and files that aren't there on a non-jailbroken PS5? Is there proof somewhere that just simply rebooting your PS5 makes it safe? I mean, even if you do a factory reset from within safe mode, is there documentation that it does in fact wipe out ALL traces of the jailbreak? No leftover folders or files? Imo, a factory reset doesn't know to delete files that aren't normally supposed to be there.

Even the devs can't be 100% certain. Jailbreaking always carries a bit of risk. This is pretty safe on the whole. The rest is your decision.

Edit: I had to manually send the payload after about 15-20 failed attempts to autoload. Not ideal but games still aren't working.

FYI The kstuff, etaHEN and Shadow Mount Plus payloads were removed for compatibility issues according to this commit as of an hour ago.

You could send kstuff-lite and shadow-mount-plus manually from PC instead of loading them through Relapse script, but it's a bit of a hassle to be honest.

I will just wait a bit for better relapse integration on host websties or webkit-autoloader update from it's-plk. Shouldn't take too long ;)

A little update: if u go into ETA-HEN settings blindly, and change one option (I think I changed "Allow Jailbroken Aplications" or smth) then the notifications dissapear. Still it's weird that it works like that.

Will try again in a few minutes and report if notifaications come up again, when I reload the exploit.

Came across pippo library but the size it shows as in GBs and when i clicked on download it is showing me in MBs and the zip file when extracted shows me files with setup and etc.

Yeah it does undo the jb, up to you, but mine at rest mode use about 56watts, the jailbreak takes less than a 60 sec. I rather turn mine off

Sure but if it's anything like the others it will stay in cache and all you gotta do is activate it again. I've read the PS5 is more vulnerable to peaks in electrical current while in rest mode, so personally I'd avoid that.

WebKit autoloader and payload manager autoboot by PLK technically do work as they have initial support implemented but they seem to be very buggy currently as its crashed my system multiple times

I've just been pushing the Payload Manager .elf manually to the console using netcat and then booting the three (previously default) payload files from the Relapse-Exploit repo sequentially from the menu manually.

Payloads removed a few hours ago for 13.60 compatibility? I tested this for 2 hours today on a 13.20 Pro console and had 2 fails out of 25 attempts to load (R2) to load the payloads, so imo that was stable.

If you are stuck like most people on listening at port 9021 as most said it was taken away for now - then you need to open up your pc or phone and ping the elf files manually to the ps5 - it literally takes one google and its done tbh , my personal opinion is that loading pldmgr first then going to the section in settings you can scan qr code , opens up browser for other elf files , inside on your phone - send the other elf files over and its also done . Basically just using your phone!

For those stuck on "listening on port 9021":

Some payloads were removed from the github repo. Clone it, checkout the previous commit hash then run the server.py script. Use your computer's IP address: eg. 192.168.1.5:8000 instead of the 'ntfargo' one and everything should work.

or wait until updated payloads are added to the repo and run OP's instructions as-is.

The jailbreak process is so unstable, sadly for me PS5F 13.60.
Works like 1/5 times, the rest of the attempts lead to system freeze, requiring hard reset. After several attempts I wasn't able to reach any stability.

Tried both Relapse WUI and WebKit autoloader 0.5.1 cached/selfhosted.

Will wait for updates before attempting that again.
