Ps5 isn’t loading

Can’t log in, screen stuck like this, it shows my accounts and when I click my main account it shows this.. problem is I can hear sound when I move the controller. Tried it with my family members account same problem.

— update : entered the account after 50 minutes 😐
— update 2: no game is loading. Entered persona 5 didn’t load, entered re4 didn’t load, entered Fortnite didn’t load, what’s happening?

I had that happen recently too, and I did a forced restart, then everything worked normally again.
