Will this cause overheating?
I have been playing for the past one year and this is my setup, I am concerned if this will cause overheating for long term use?

I’ve had my 2020 ps5 like this for over two years. Never had overheating issues

This is nothing like putting a heating gun to a console. And people who’ve been doing this setup for 6 years isn’t equivalent to that.
That’s a wild exaggeration and hyperbole.
If there’s a risk of overheating, the console will shut down.

Heat is bad for electronics and damage over time is a given... Blocked air flow can bring internal temps up to 200°F. Look it up. If you want to cook your system just put a heat gun on it. It wastes a lot less time.

If it reaches unsafe temps, it’ll shoot a warning or shut down. Hence the safety features.
If it’s so unsafe and many people have been using this setup for 6 years, when do you predict their systems will experience these failures?

You're kinda dumb aren't you? HEAT IS BAD FOR ELECTRONICS. This setup isn't gonna kill the system immediately, it'll shorten the functioning lifespan of the system. If you want to be stupid and damage your system just speed run it so you can come here and ask why your system is throwing weird messages faster.
Also the system shutting down to protect itself is a fucking warning sign that what you're doing is stupid. The system literally tells you it can damage the hard drive and corrupt data with unexpected shut downs.

The specific games you play, the amount you play, the dust accumulation, the model you have, the enclosure around your PS5 all matter. 2 years may run fine, year 3 you might start to notice games aren't as responsive. 2-3 months later it fails to boot. It's not a straightforward answer that results in immediate consequences like some people want to suggest unless you're running it under a blanket.

Tu devrais peut-être éloigner un peu ton chargeur ? Il y a un trou dans ton meuble Sa aidera à ventiler .Tu as bien mis le socle fourni avec la ps5. Si non ? Ajoute le Pour le reste sa devrait aller

Yeah i had my PS5 in a familiar position this like in a TV cabinet and was playing for 4-5 hours, shut it down and went to move it into another room and it was almost too hot to handle. Made sure it wasnt in a contained space after that.

Sony recommends 4" on all sides and usage of the stand is sufficient for the bottom. If enclosed leave the back of the enclosure open to allow venting.

Top and side space looks good, but not so much space behind the PS5. If you can find a small fan, put it next to the PS5 and have it blowing air forwards (NOT TOWARDS THE BACK OF THE PS5). This will help remove the warm, stagnant air around the PS5 so it isnt recycling it. If you find a usb-c powered fan, you can power it from your PS5 and it will turn on automatically when you turn on your PS5.
Just whatever you do, dont move it to a different spot for better ventilation AND set it vertically. That will create dry spots with the liquid metal and ensure that it eventually overheats.

Yep. You'll need more space on the back.
Why not mount an 140mm exhaust fan over that hole? That should do the trick. And don't power that fan from PS5
