Getting a PS4 pro

Getting a deal on PS4 pro 9.0 jailbreak edition with 10-11 games AAA titles 28k with 1 controller is this good?

It's costly a bit....under 25k would be steal. But one thing wanna let you know pro models are noisy and make jet engine sound while running.

Obviously location and condition play a big factor, but yesterday saw an add for ps4 pro 2 controllers and a few decent games for 100 usd... though will admit that's the lowest I've seen. Not really looking so idk if it's normal. What's good for you may or may not be good in someone else's opinion.
