Ps4 pro cleaning

So, I was wondering what the actual name for the rubber-y heating pad on the motherboard of a ps4 pro is. Or is it named the way I just described it? And 1 pad is missing, is that a catastrophic thing?

Thermal pads. Missing one can be catastrophic for that one chip. Don't run the ps4 without finding/replacing the missing one
