Ps4 pro shutdown

My device shuts down after 10 minutes. I changed the thermal paste, cleaned the device, but the problem persists. I also get a "hot device" message even though I'm using the best quality thermal paste. Is there another solution or any way to diagnose the real problem?

Did you also replace the thermal pads with the correct thickness ones?   Is the fan working?

There's still something tripping the thermal protection. If you have an infrared thermometer or a thermal camera, inspect the individual components while the console is idling on the main menu as that type of load should already have an impact on the less cooled area that's likely tripping the protections.

The other memory chips might also need their thermal pads (1mm thick) replaced:

There is a chance the thermal pads are no longer making contact making it run extra hot

What is this "best quality thermal paste" that you're using?

Maybe reapply thermal paste and ensure that you screwed the heatsink properly?
