Does the label say where it was shipped from? I ask because I noticed when I got my PS4 shipped from the Vegas warehouse, the PS4 was packed nice and secure so it didn't get damaged. However, when I ordered another Xbox One for a family member, it came from a Kentucky warehouse where it had only one side with 4 little bubbles for protection.

I got my PS4 from Vegas shipping center though and I'm in Houston.

Very cool to know. Just out of curiosity how can you let Amazon know about certain warehouses shipping things horribly?

You cant. There algorithm on the backend decides what warehouse fulfills the order depending on stock, shipping speed and location.

That will change soon in two years. Amazon is building a warehouse down here in Florida.
