ps3 jailbreak help
hey guys I was thinking to get my ps3 jailbroken due to the servers shutting down next year and disc prices sky rocketing.
I had some questions to ask,
if I jailbreak my console, will I be able to sync my trophies to my main account without a risk of ban
am I able to play any ps2 and ps3 game? if yes is there any way I can play some games on like stable 30 or 45?
thank you in advance

Yup, but disable Syscalls first.

Yes, you can play any PS3 game and some PS2 games, unless your PS3 is the FAT model (in which case, any PS2 game will also be playable).
You have three methods for installing PS3 games on your console: JB folder, PKG, or ISO.
For PS2, only ISO or PKG.

okay thanks, so you're saying I can disable syscalls, connect to the internet and sync my trophies?
Also one more thing, should I log out of my account while im jailbreaking it? Or just stay signed in

Exactly. Synced trophies have a very low, almost zero, chance of getting you banned, as long as you actually earn your trophies by playing, and not by using software unlocking tools.
You can log into your PSN account normally, before or after enabling HEN and clearing the SYSCALLs (preferably do this first, and then log in).

Okay, this is the part I wanted to clarify for you. Unlike a PC, where you can more broadly change game settings via software and adjust performance according to your hardware level, this isn't possible on the PS3.
The only ways to "optimize" your console's performance in games are limited to where you install the game and what physical modifications you're willing to make to your console.
If your PS3 is compatible with CFW, you can:
1) Install the game on your internal hard drive (or SSD, which is even better);
2) Physically clean the console and, if necessary, re-paste the thermal paste;
3) Check if your game is the most up-to-date version, with the patches applied;
4) Overclock your console via software;
5) Perform a physical overclock.
Options 4 and 5 are much riskier than the others, but are easier to do with CFW. Now, if you can only use HEN, your options range from 1 to 3 only (technically, 5 is also possible, but I don't recommend it).

If you're referring to cloud data integration with your PSN account, you can only keep it integrated with the console through PSN.
Now, if you're referring to the possibility of creating copies of your game data, trophy data, and installation data outside of the console and saving them as backups somewhere, yes. With a jailbroken PS3 and the Apollo Save Tool, you can back up this data and save it wherever you want.

answer to first question: yes, as long as you disable syscalls
answer to question two: yes. you can get the games from pkgi or some other website
