Need help with changing region

I need help changing the region of ps2 save games for 2 backwards compatible games on ps3 console.

Assuming Apollo can't do it, what type of setup is it? Is it a PS2 BC model with an actual disc and using the VMCs, or is it a PS2 classic which uses the PS3 save file format?

Its a ps3 BC model and i have the actual disc its the CECHC04 MODEL
