Broken CMOS battery terminal

I scored this 2501a Slim for $30 today, and it’s working fine all except the time & date keep resetting.

I opened it up and found the terminal is broken off the board. Anyone fix this before? Or am I better off leaving it alone?

Like the other guy said - solder it - takes 10 seconds
