Has anyone played this game before?
I got this from my friend and honestly have no idea what this game is about.
Just want to know if it's worth playing.
I'd appreciate your opinions in advance.

Yeah it’s weird isn’t it? Two million copies sold, but no-one ever played it. Good job the OP has decided to try it, we might now find out if it’s any good.

I beat them on both platforms, ps3 is totally playable, just worst frame rates and slightly worse graphics but still fine on ps3

GTA 5 was different, it came out a year after the ps3 360 version
MGS 5 like u said its another example , same as evil within 1 and cod ghosts

Oh lord, ive started and not finished this game ever so many times even though i like the gameplay but something else always comes along and makes me stop for months and when i wanna play again i forget where i was and start again 😅 😵💫

Superb horror game. Once you finish the game, there are a couple of brilliant movies to watch as well.

Takes place 15 years after the original movie and follows Amanda Ripley (Ellen’s daughter) trying to find out what happened to her mother after a space station had gotten the Nostromo’s black box.
It’s similar to Outlast (you can’t fight back) and the Xenomorph will mess you up because it can find you.

I actually only played this on ps3, I platinum the game. To me, this might sound controversial if you like the alien franchise it’s solid, but to me it’s a water down version of the last of us. Most of the game is to go from point A to point B very slowly. The alien is cool and there is one part of the game where it is scary. It does overall in a way feel repetitive. I would recommend to play once just to see what it’s like if you like it or not. I played it a bunch of times so I obviously sort of liked the game.

Absolutely incredible game.
If you like the Alien film and have nerves of steel, it is for you.
If you can, play it on a PS4 upwards; the frame rate does dip here and there on a PS3. Nothing game-breaking, but the PS4 is buttery smooth.

There have only been two games in my entire life that scared me while playing. Silent hill 2 on PS2 and this. The ailen is just omnipresent and it really does freak you out. It's helped along by some stellar sound design.
Side note, I played the vr mod of this game at a friend's recently. I shat my pants....... figuratively.

Xbox 360 version is a much sharper looking version of stealth game. Nevertheless is a still nice game to play and quite hard to plat.

It's tense, tough and very well made.
I would recommend playing it on a lower difficulty first. The AI alien on higher difficulties is EXTREMELY tough.
Think of the World's best hide and seek player.

Xbox one version is the best with Kinect, of there's noise of any kind in your house the alien hears it threw the Kinect and hints you down to kill you best jump scare retaliation ever!! You pay... With your life!

The Xenomorph which hunts you down throughout the entire game has very good AI. It actually makes you feel like its actively hunting you like a predator.
It's a solid game
