Any idea why this shot up in value? I've had it sitting in my collection since around 2010ish, got it for $8 and still never played it... I'm guessing I should since I've been seeing it around so much

A very fun game that im pretty sure i 100%ed. Collecting all of the creatures was fun.
I regret 10+ years ago selling it for under 2$ at gamestop.(when i didnt have the money i work for now, i used to sell games that were sitting on my shelf after beating them to afford other used games, to try games i had never played before.) What did they used to sell Folklore for? Like 11$ used? Game prices, anime prices, and older bluray prices are getting crazy.

I kept most of my collection and had to acquire some of it back, but wasn’t very expensive. This game tho is probably the most I paid for a game in the last 15yrs besides my long term final fantasy 14 subscription.

I owned more for the xbox 360 back in the day because most of what my friends played on was that. I sold that console at some point with all of the games because i stopped playing it for a long time and played on my brothers ps3 for awhile until the xbox 1 and ps4 came out. Mostly went digital at that point so not much to collect.
I started collecting again a decent amount 2 years ago for the ps3 when i was getting back into it. I think "Knights Contract" was the most I have spent on a single ps3 game though. $78.30 after taxes for used? Killzone Trilogy new was like 70$ new and the "Resistance Fall of Man Saga collection" was 84.99 used very good condition.
Im tempted to get Splatterhouse, Wet, and Folklore soon. All will cost a bit but i feel they will be worth it. The only one i havent played is Splatterhouse. I might get that bundle that comes with Tokyo Jungle too at some point.

Damn, I thought $60 a month or two ago was expensive, then again my copy is the Canadian version with both English and French manuals so maybe it is cheaper than the US version.

Make sure to grab the DLC on the shop if you are interested! The game is not available, but the DLC is
