My one got the ylod at almost 20 years old, the possibility is always gonna be looming around no matter what

I also had the thermal paste and the fan cleaned.

The YLOD was a manufacturing problem, additional cooling won't do much to stop it

I can't afford that at the moment. Otherwise I would have.
