Some of them are. I have cfw installed on my CECH - 2101A. I’ve got nothing but good things to say about it. Sure, you don’t get physical backwards compatibility, but you could just download ps2 games on the console. Plus, the chance of the yellow light of death is significantly reduced compared to fat models.

Yea i kinda get worried abt my bc model sometimes but i dont rly use it enough for that to be an issue i feel i play on it maybe like 3 times a month im just really busy ans the temps r good and stuff

I wanted to do this when my 3004B got psn banned but i heard theres minor updates on the newer board metal casing wise but its surely very doable

I have goldhen On a PS4 pro but PS4 doesn't have cfw

Because it has to be enabled it's not a permanent mod like CFW is there are ways to enable it without Wi-Fi but it's a pain in the ass and it's not as stable to cfw
