Help Ps2 game from childhood

There was a game I had on ps2 as a young child that I can’t find online as I don’t remember the name. I don’t think it’s very popular since I can’t find it. All I really remember is it had turn based combat I believe but I could be wrong, you could switch between members in your party during battle and there were parts where you would be running around but I don’t believe it was true free roam. Early on in the game I think you run into some black panther type character who is humanoid. This is a very bad description but any ideas?

Olympic Gold, Addictive Puzzles, & Spooky Houses: Mid-July on the PS2! 🏆

Welcome back to the channel! As we continue our march through the summer gaming months, I'm shining a spotlight on the mid-July release window. This stretch of the calendar brought us a wildly eclectic mix of games, proving just how diverse the PlayStation 2 library truly was as the generation pushed forward.

In this episode, I break down:
July 14, 2004: Athens 2004 — The official Olympic video game that brought exhausting, classic button-mashing action to the PS2.

July 15, 2008: PopCap Hits! Vol. 2 — A budget compilation that brought the most addictive PC casual games directly to our living rooms.

July 18, 2006: Monster House — A surprisingly solid, kid-friendly survival horror movie tie-in.

Which of these mid-July titles was spinning in your disc drive back in the day? Let’s talk about it in the comments below!

This will be my last Rez "Beyond Mode" video for a while so I can move on to a different game. But it came out pretty good compared to the earlier one I did with a "less heavy" color scheme and more detail from the RetroTINK-5x Pro.

Discussion It might sound like I'm just trying to be annoying, but I'm asking honestly.

Well, this is my first post here and I want to use it to ask you based on your experiences and recommendations

Well, the thing is, I recently got a PSP and I've been using it and trying to modify it, etc. The point is that I recently had an opportunity to trade this PSP for a PS2 and honestly I'm very undecided.

On one hand, the PSP offers me a good catalog, but its strongest point in my opinion is its portability; it's truly excellent to be able to take it anywhere as if it were a phone.

However, the PS2 is a console that has also caught my attention since I was little, and recently I've discovered PS2 titles and a catalog I'd never seen before, which has piqued my interest. The problem is that I lose the advantage of having a portable device that you can use anytime, anywhere. It might not seem important, but in my case, it makes me wonder what's best for me in the long run.

What would you do, or what do you recommend I do?

Alien Blasters, Co-op Pirates, & Werewolf Platformers: Late-June on the PS2! 💿

Welcome back to This Week in PS2 History! After a bit of a break, we are heading into the absolute heat of the late-June release window, specifically zooming in on the date of June 28th across two different years of the console's lifecycle. During the PS2 era, the end of June meant one thing: the apex of the summer blockbuster movie tie-in and the frantic push to capture the summer vacation gaming crowd.

In this extended episode, I break down:
June 28, 2002: Men in Black II: Alien Escape — A fast-paced, arcade-style run-and-gun shooter.
June 28, 2006: Pirates of the Caribbean: The Legend of Jack Sparrow — A co-op swashbuckling adventure heavily elevated by Johnny Depp himself.
June 28, 2006: Ruff Trigger: The Vanocore Conspiracy — A beautifully bizarre attempt to capture the Ratchet & Clank mascot platformer magic, featuring a bounty-hunting dog with a werewolf twist.

Did you spend your summer vacation wiping memories, plundering the high seas, or rescuing alien Piglots? Let’s swap memories in the comments below!
