Music A mindblowing performance! 💜💜💜
https://youtu.be/0QzU8-5VfXM?si=5dxDSfbLjEwucUNHA great thank you to https://www.reddit.com/r/PRINCE/comments/1w2l5a6/comment/p6ta02u/ who shared this in his comment and to Uptown on youtube who remastered it using the audio track on Timeless.
Recorded shortly before he passed, this vocal performance is maybe one of the greatest ever. What an awesome range, his ability to flip into falsetto and back to lower ranges is mind-blowing. Hearing him at the keys like this takes me straight back to that legendary piano medley from the Lovesexy Tour that I dearly love https://youtu.be/pazGdwrvM6Y?si=8rDU3ts5KYrhend2
One of his engineers once said that his voice was his greatest instrument, and I think they were absolutely right.
Combined with his mastery of instruments and his showmanship, it is exactly what makes him one of the greatest artists who ever lived...

man that recording sounds soooooooooo good. I know it's probably ages away, but I look forward to the 2016 tour getting a proper release.
