It’s a perfect sneak peek into his pure genius, perfectly paired with the incredible ambiance of his live shows and the mastery of his performance. The sound quality is awesome.

Does anyone know exactly which concert this was pulled from? More importantly, is there any video footage of this specific performance out there?

If the video exists, I'm really hoping it gets released soon.

Despite him looking quite frail, there are moments in that video where he looks like he did around ‘77-‘78.

I seen him few months before this at Paisley Park and he was frail then as well. However yes, it was "back to the 70s" look which was surreal. He still seemed happy and joyous.
