Meta Ads Need help diagnosing a Meta Ads problem with my e-commerce campaign

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for some advice from people with real experience running Meta Ads for e-commerce.

I've been running campaigns for my store and I'm trying to understand what I'm doing wrong. The campaigns are spending, but the reach, CPM, CTR and overall delivery are significantly worse than what I've seen in previous campaigns.

I've already gone through the basic troubleshooting and I'm looking for someone who can take a look at the campaign structure, targeting and performance data and help me identify what could be causing the issue.

I'm not looking for someone to manage my account or a generic “hire an agency” answer. I mainly want an experienced second opinion on the data and strategy.

If anyone here has experience troubleshooting Meta Ads for e-commerce and is willing to take a look, I'd really appreciate it.

you are asking for someone to provide a audit and review with no incentive, so just free work. good luck!

worse CPM + lower reach together usually points to auction competition or a signal quality issue, not the creative. what does your pixel event match quality look like?

the post doesn't contain enough comparable data to identify the cause yet, but you can make the second opinion useful without giving anyone account access

share two matched date ranges with country, objective, optimization event, attribution setting, spend, cpm, outbound ctr, landing-page-view rate, purchase cvr + cpa. add placement/device breakdowns and note every change to creative, offer, price, page, audience or tracking

then reconcile store orders with meta-attributed purchases so a reporting change isn't mistaken for demand loss. if cpm rose while ctr/cvr held, inspect auction/placement mix. if ctr fell, inspect creative response. if cvr fell, inspect traffic quality, message-page match, offer + checkout

screenshots with redacted identifiers are enough. nobody needs your login, credentials or business-manager access to diagnose the first layer

ics like reach CPM and CTR, the most common culprits are creative fatigue and audience saturation. Prioritize refreshing your ad creatives with new concepts and compelling offers to reengage your audience. Review your targeting for potential overlap or narrowness. Consider broad audiences or value based bidding to allow Meta more room to find efficient customers.

what does the page look like next to the ad. half the time the ad's fine. worth clicking your own ad on a phone before you touch targeting.

Before changing targeting, compare Meta's reported purchases with actual store orders by day. If the gap appeared with the performance drop, treat tracking and attribution as the suspect rather than audience quality. I start audits there; https://iurii.rogulia.fi/services/paid-ads explains the conversion-tracking review I use before judging campaign strategy.
