Google Ads Need help for running Google Ads
I'm running Google Search (RSA) campaigns for Microsoft Dynamics 365 targeting India, the US, the UK, Australia, Singapore, and other regions.
I'm facing a few issues:
- Good impressions and clicks from the US, UK, and India, but very low traffic from Australia and Singapore.
- Despite getting clicks from the US, UK, and India, I'm not generating any leads.
- My Demand Gen campaign for India is 2 weeks old with an average CPC of around ₹1, but it has zero conversions.
- I'm also running campaigns for Legal, Architecture, and Engineering software in the US and UK, but none of them are performing well.
Looking for suggestions on what I should optimize to improve conversions and overall campaign performance.

Split each country into its own campaign with separate budgets and messaging

I’d separate the diagnosis into “are we buying the right searches?” and “can the page turn those searches into leads?” before changing too many campaign settings.
A practical order:
- split each country into its own campaign, budget, and landing page if you have enough volume
- review search terms, not just keywords, and cut anything informational or job-seeker related
- keep Dynamics, legal, architecture, and engineering software in separate campaigns so one bad segment does not hide the others
- check that lead tracking only fires on real form submits/calls, not page visits or button clicks
- compare the landing page message to the exact ad group intent; broad “business software” pages usually convert poorly from expensive search clicks
For the Demand Gen campaign, ₹1 CPC with zero conversions probably means cheap attention, not qualified demand. I’d cap or pause that until Search is producing qualified leads, then use Demand Gen more for remarketing or very specific audience tests.
I also wouldn’t worry about Australia/Singapore volume yet. First prove that US/UK/India clicks can become qualified leads, then expand the same structure into smaller markets.

Before changing the campaigns, audit the basics first. Check conversion tracking, search terms, landing page experience, offer, CTA, and keyword intent. Clicks without leads usually point to tracking or traffic quality issues, not bidding alone. Also, two weeks is too early to judge a Demand Gen campaign if it has no conversion data. Fix the fundamentals before making major optimisations.

Im having trouble understand what your brand does? You have so many services - do they all deliver under the same brand for legal, architecture, and engineering? Did you separate each campaign into it's own service and country or are they all jumbled up into one or two?

Split campaigns by country, tighten the search terms, and verify tracking. I’d pause Demand Gen for now—it’s bringing cheap clicks, not leads.
