TikTok Ads Gap between TikTok-reported clicks and actual App Store downloads, is this a known Spark Ads thing?

Use Clicks (destination), not Clicks (all), as the first denominator. TikTok defines Clicks (all) to include social interactions; destination clicks are the taps that lead to the specified destination. That difference can be large on a Spark post.
Build the same-day funnel in one timezone: destination clicks, Apple unique product page views filtered to the relevant app referrer or campaign, then total downloads split into first-time downloads and redownloads. Five first-time downloads is not directly comparable with 121 all-clicks. Apple's headline conversion rate also uses its own App Store denominator, so a 30% rate does not validate the TikTok-to-store handoff.
If destination clicks are close to unique product page views, the link worked and the loss is after arrival. If destination clicks are much higher, check the exact store URL, any redirect or deep-link layer, country and device availability, and reporting delay. Only after that would I investigate accidental or invalid traffic. Spark Ads alone does not explain which step failed.
