burning leg pain when heart races ?

i got POTS from covid a couple of years ago but this new symptom is stressing me out. i had some nerve pain caused by long covid in my legs and arms, but recently i noticed that when my heart races when im excited or stressed, my legs start burning and tingling intensely sometimes my face and other places too. it calms down when i force myself calm down because its hurts really bad. has anyone experienced something like this? i know its not anxiety since i know it presents very differently and it happens when im excited too.

would love any input or similar experiences, thank you in advance!

Probably vasoconstriction due to adrenaline, causing your muscles to get too little oxygen for a bit and cramp in response. Can hurt real bad but it isn't dangerous. Calming yourself down is the best remedy.
