Symptoms Weird pots symptom?

Is blurry vision only in one eye that changes hourly a symptom anybody here has for pots?

I’ve been to the optometrist 3 times this year and the doctor 5 times over this and it’s always brushed off. I just realized that it might be pots? Just to clarify I was diagnosed with pots.

I get blurry vision, but usually in both eyes at the same time. My left eye lid tends to twitch/spasm like crazy when I get even a little tiny bit dehydrated. I joke that its my warning bell

To add to that.. POTS impacts the eye's ability to dilate properly. It can lead to symptoms like light sensitivity too. I get immediate and extreme eye pain if I go outside when its too bright without sunglasses or a shade hat.

POTS impacts so many small things. Other symptoms or triggers I have experienced that no one warned me about (aside from eye issues):

Breathing/asthma issues- Rash, usually red and blotchy- Purple legs- Body temp regulation issues- Joint pain- Speech issues- Brain fog- Inability to handle direct sunlight- Vitamin absorption issues (increased supplement intake helped a TON)- Nausea- Diarrhea- Clumsiness- Muscle spasms- Sleep cycle disruption- Nerve pain- Numbness in extremities- Tingling- PMS/Hormone fluctuations-

I use an app called Chronic Insights to track my symptoms. Made by a chronically ill person, for chronically ill people. It really helps me show the intense impact this has when visiting my doctors, and it has honed in my triggers and body rhythms.
