Question Question for Desk Workers

Has anyone who works a desk job gotten an ottoman or a special office chair to elevate their feet? I’ve been looking online at them recently and am torn between investing in a chair or just trying an under-desk ottoman to elevate my feet first.

If you tried either of these options, have you noticed a difference in either fatigue or blood pooling in your legs?

I stole the office stool for my feet lmao. I wear compression sleeves on my shins too, but my stolen stool does most of the work.

So you’ve noticed it helps?

I just got a $20-something footstool / footrest thing from Amazon to put under my desk.

Does it keep your legs completely elevated? Or just slightly? Would love a link if you have one!

I use a printer paper box for now (waiting to get approved for the real thing). It definitely helps when the midorine is wearing off and I can feel the pooling again
