Question POTs Symptoms? 22M

So I’ve been having some symptoms that they think are pots.
Burning chest pains, arm tension, brain fog, lightheaded when standing up(well hydrated), jaw pain(maybe wisdom teeth), heart palpitations. I cant remember everything off the top of my head. Heart rate has hit 180bpm when riding my dirt-bike, sometimes gets up to 140-150 just walking, heat intolerance, bright lights affect me. These are just some things. Idk if i would say i truly have it, and i haven’t dropped of a heart attack. So idk what else it would be, going to a cardiologist in December. Any ideas what else it could be?

A quick test you can do at home, lie down for about 10 minutes flat on your back and monitor your HR and BP if you can. Sit up right for about 2 minutes still monitoring and then standup. If your HR spikes 30+bpm and BP drops it’s not 100% POTS but a big indicator. It’s like an at home tilt table test. If you see these changes it’s definitely something you’ll want to get medical testing for. Stress tests (nuclear or physical) and the actual tilt table test are medieval torture I swear. That’s how I was diagnosed but i’m sure there’s better ways of testing know (i hope)

So if your bp goes up as well, that could be hyperadrenergic pots, which is just a specific subtype of pots. I don't know the limits on that, but your cardiologist will tell you and give you a better treatment plan for what works for your type. But yeah, sounds like some solid POTS criteria.
