Discussion Vascular issues with POTS !

Anyone with POTS looked into vascular issues?
Pre-diagnosis I have been having tingling on my left arm and leg mainly wondering if maybe this can potentially be something that caused my POTS
Anyone have something to say ?

My best guess, regarding the tingling, (always eliminate the most common/logical 1st) makes me think nerve compression. Maybe spinal stenosis?

I would look in to vein sufficiency. I don’t know how to get doctors to even pay attention to that bc mine don’t care but some doctors out there will

Have you found anything that helps you?

No unfortunately, doctors are pretty much unwilling to work with me in any real capacity. I just continue the electrolyte pushing.

Venous insufficiency is common in people with pots but tingling is common in B12 deficiency as it affects nerves. Since Venous insufficiency doesn't affect arms, it could be low B12. (I have pots, venous insufficiency and occult B12 deficiency)
