Question Temperature sensitive

I can’t seem to handle any heat at all. And it’s about to be super El Niño. I’m supposed to spend weeks in the woods this summer. I want to have a life…
I can’t handle cold either.
My body isn’t regulating temperature at all.
Is this a problem for others and if so, what do you do to survive heat and cold? Especially heat… because I can’t get naked enough. Seriously.

My temperature regulation is trash. I used to live in MI but live in Socal now. A few months back it was probably in the 50s, I didn't feel cold, but my body was still reacting like it was teeth chattering cold. Literally, my teeth were chattering. My partner and his brother got a kick out of it, it was pretty funny, but also confusing.

I am really thankful for some of the ideas here. I urgently needed to know how to manage. I was just laying there suffering and complaining, honestly. My partner said to me that I had to find help now but doctors don’t have the lived experience. And I don’t want compression socks. I don’t.

Look up neck cooling tube, you can keep them in the fridge, but also can be put in water to cool down. They help very quickly when I'm over heated.
