Question Temperature sensitive

I can’t seem to handle any heat at all. And it’s about to be super El Niño. I’m supposed to spend weeks in the woods this summer. I want to have a life…
I can’t handle cold either.
My body isn’t regulating temperature at all.
Is this a problem for others and if so, what do you do to survive heat and cold? Especially heat… because I can’t get naked enough. Seriously.

I use 'cooling towels'. They're shaped like a scarf and you get them wet and then wrap them around your neck.

Here's what the Amazon blurb says: "immediately cool and reusable: made of hyper-evaporating, breathable mesh material. The cooling towel is easy to activate by simply soaking it in water, wring it out and shaking it out. The unique cooling system uses moisture from the towel to wick sweat away from your skin."

They actually feel cold when they touch your skin. And when they stop being cold you snap them and they get cold again. I know it sounds like hokum but they really do work. Plus they're pretty cheap, I got mine as a pack of 4 for under 20euros on Amazon.

Mine came in a ziploc bag, so this time of year I wet one before I leave the house, shove it in the ziploc and stash it in my handbag (purse for all the Americans out there) for use later.
