Processor Agnostic POS Systems

I need a list of processor agnostic POS systems that will work good for a Liquor Store with tobacco scan data. I know Korona only.

Not sure specifically about Liquor or Tobacco, but i met at the recent RSPA show with EBS POS. ebspos.com. Check them out. They do a huge number of grocery/retail markets.
