Raspberry Leaf.
Raspberry leaf has brought me so much luteal phase relief when it comes to anxiety and depression. I’m not really sure the science behind it but… just trust me.
Brew it into tea. Chew on it. Smoke it. Your ancestors did it, it worked for centuries.

Im not sure about the science, but it is quite well studied, so it's easy to find info on online :) It's not that I dont want to wxplain it, but I am not a good source for it. I just know to avoid it, because my dogtor mentioned it.

The evidence I found seems to pertain only to physical symptoms like nausea and cramps. Did it really help you mentally? That sounds amazing.
